Kirigami port

Almost done:

• command auto complete and history (maybe try the ones from https://github.com/jturcotte/liquid/tree/master/qml/content)
• disconnect from server upon deleting its connection
• handle quit by disconnecting clients and confirming
• deleting direct connections delete them in the conn list
